Energy monitoring for your buildings

Meter data acquisition (M-Bus, Modbus, BACnet), dashboards, drift alerts and tracking of performance commitments.

What is not measured cannot be managed

A building rarely consumes what its commissioning file predicted. The gaps hide in time schedules, setpoints and installations that run for nothing at night or at weekends. Energy monitoring makes them visible, meter by meter, before they turn into a bill.

What we put in place

  • Meter and sensor acquisition: electricity, heat, cooling, water, via M-Bus, Modbus or BACnet, reusing existing meters as far as possible and adding metering where it is missing.
  • Dashboards and histories: consumption by use, by building and by period, compared with a reference (energy signature, previous year, target).
  • Drift alerts: night-time consumption creeping up, an installation that no longer switches to setback, a silent meter; the alert goes out before the end of the month, not with the next bill.
  • Tracking of performance commitments: checking over time that a renovation or an optimisation keeps its promises.

Data that remains yours

Open protocols, data export, documentation of the metering points: you can change tool or provider without losing your history. Monitoring is based on the Wellset platform, developed by Workswell.

Monitoring that leads to action

The data collected serves as the basis for an energy audit or a subsidy application, and avoids having to defend an assumption later in front of an inspection.

Field reports: identifying excess consumption in shared services, optimising self-consumption and a self-consumption grouping in Courtelary.

A building to measure, a consumption to understand?

A first conversation is usually enough to gauge the savings potential and the data available.
