Who we are
Workswell Sàrl is an independent engineering firm specialised in measurement, control and regulation (MCR) and building management systems (BMS), based at Rue de l’industrie 10, 1950 Sion (Valais). We design open, high-performance and sustainable building automation systems for building owners, engineers and architects across French-speaking Switzerland.
Our guiding principle: « Because a smart building must remain free. » No ties to any manufacturer or integrator, open architectures (BACnet, Modbus, KNX), and systematic handover of source code, documentation and licences to our clients.
Our philosophy
A building is more than its equipment. Its intelligence lies in its systems, its data and the choices that allow them to evolve. Our mission is to design open, durable solutions that their owners control: freedom of technological choices, control of your installations and costs, durability and total independence from manufacturers.
Our team
Workswell is a family-run, experienced team: Patrick Savioz (director), Valérie Savioz (administration), Jérôme Savioz and Tobias Bétrisey (HES engineers). Over 20 years of experience, 300+ completed projects and more than 10,000 controllers managed for chemical sites, engineering offices, cantonal administrations and polytechnic schools.
