Supervision & Integration of your building systems
Heating, ventilation, cooling, lighting, blinds, energy meters: in a modern building, every trade speaks its own language. Our job is to make them communicate — and give you a single, usable overview for day-to-day operation, without locking you into one supplier.
Our approach
- Building management architecture (BMS): designing the network architecture and automation hierarchy, from the field level up to supervision, with cybersecurity built in from the start (segmentation, controlled remote access — see our IEC 62443 cybersecurity page).
- Open, standardised protocols: BACnet (including per the KBOB charter and institutional object charters), KNX, Modbus, M-Bus, OPC UA. An open system can be maintained, extended and replaced through tender — not held hostage.
- Centralised supervision: clear dashboards, prioritised alarms, an operating log, and energy trends. A BMS is only as good as its use: we focus on usability and train the operating teams.
Typical projects
Multi-trade integration on new buildings, taking over an ageing supervision system, federating several buildings under a single supervision platform, and bringing a portfolio into compliance with an institutional client’s BACnet/KBOB requirements.
What you get
A durable, brand-independent supervision system, control over your data and maintenance costs, and self-sufficient operating teams. We support you from concept through to full testing and commissioning.
