BAMO — Bureau d’Assistance au Maître d’Ouvrage, the Swiss term for owner’s assistance — is exactly our role alongside you: translating technical matters into decisions, keeping every party on track, and making sure what is delivered matches what was ordered. A service that extends our expertise in building automation, energy efficiency and MCR solutions compliant with SIA standards and KBOB guidelines.
What we take on
- End-to-end project steering: scoping the requirement, programme, decision milestones, follow-up through to handover and the warranty period.
- Coordination of all parties: architects, HVAC and electrical engineers, contractors, integrators, facility team — one single point of contact bringing everyone together.
- Securing technical and financial decisions: option analysis, tender comparison, cost and variation control.
- SIA and KBOB compliance: vendor-neutral tenders, point lists, standardised addressing, documentation and handover of the source code required from the tender stage onwards.
- Programme and budget control: tracking commitments, spotting drift early, documented trade-offs.
